Religious Education
At Bramford and Somersham, we use The Emmanuel Project to support our teaching of Religious Education (RE). This carefully planned curriculum helps children learn about Christianity and other major world religions in an engaging, thoughtful and age-appropriate way.
Through stories, discussions, investigations and reflection, children are encouraged to explore different beliefs and traditions, while developing an understanding of the diverse world around them. We help pupils to ask questions, share their ideas respectfully and think carefully about what people believe and why.
The Emmanuel Project supports our aim of nurturing curious, respectful and reflective learners. By learning about a range of faiths and worldviews, children develop empathy, understanding and respect for others, preparing them to thrive in our diverse society.
